The reasons that routel is considered to thermal break are out of two factors-energy conservation and moisture condensation, the traditional heat break structure achieve heat insulation through place nonmetal material between cap and body of the routel. Because it is easy to cause aging for non-metal material, with weak durableness, great cold brittleness, bad reliability, complex construction, weak strength, thus as a main load-carrying component, the traditional thermal break structure is challenged.
