The Instruction of Large Rotation Angle Glass Routel :

To be suitable of glass deformation, the routel has to have ±3.78° rotation angle, also to considering certain deflected angle at the base of glass spider during the construction process, thus when choosing routel for glass wall, the routel should meet ±5° rotation angle.

On the occasion that adjacent glass surfaces of curtain wall or skylight are not in the same plane, such as folded, arc, sphere, or cone or others surface, when choosing the glass routel, except for considering the rotation angle caused by glass deformation also the angles among adjacent glass surfaces should be met. Please see below picture.The rotation angle of routel should meet ±(α/2+5)°

The maximum angle of large rotation angle glass routel can achieve ±15°, to compensate the angle of adjacent glass surface
